Join this global organisation as a important part of a small NZ HR team. You’ll be the go‑to for leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with managers, provide practical and commercially grounded HR advice, and lead the execution of key people initiatives that lift capability, engagement and culture.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning day‑to‑day HR operations and ensuring people processes run smoothly and accurately.
- Coaching and developing an HR Administrator, building capability and service excellence.
- Partnering with leaders on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, engagement, wellbeing, change and exits- all areas of the employment life cycle.
- Leading the delivery of NZ people priorities and translating plans into practical, embedded actions.
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment and building leader capability in selection and hiring.
What you’ll bring
- Solid HR experience across advisory, ER, people operations and/or business partnering.
- Excellent coaching, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
- Solid knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills, including HRIS and reporting capability.
