Recruitment Business Partner

8th August 2006

If you’re energised by fast‑paced, end‑to‑end recruitment and love partnering closely with leaders to shape workforce capability, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact across a large, complex and project‑driven environment.

What you’ll be doing
As the go‑to recruitment specialist, you’ll be delivering high‑quality hiring while helping build the talent pipelines needed for future growth. You’ll support the move from an RPO model to inhouse.
Sitting within a national People & Culture function, you’ll be working with leaders across multiple regions to understand vacancies, forward project demand and critical capability requirements. You’ll translate workforce plans into practical recruitment activity, sourcing strategies, talent pools and early‑career pathways. This is an end to end recruitment role so you’ll be involved in the full remit of the talent acquisition process.

A key part of the role is owning and optimising the ATS, ensuring data quality, workflow consistency, reporting accuracy and user confidence. You’ll use recruitment and workforce data to surface bottlenecks, improve processes and support better decision‑making.

What you’ll bring
This role suits someone with solid recruitment experience ideally from multi‑site or project‑based environments. You’ll be comfortable recruiting both blue and white collar staff. You’ll bring strong direct sourcing capability, credible market knowledge, structured selection skills and the confidence to coach leaders.  Curiosity, resilience, adaptability and a practical service mindset will help you thrive.

Your judgement, pace and ability to manage competing priorities will be essential as you support a geographically dispersed business.

If you’re looking for a role where you can combine hands‑on recruitment delivery with meaningful strategic contribution, and you enjoy building trusted relationships across all levels of the business, this North Shore‑based opportunity might be the challene you are looking for.
