What you’ll be involved in
Working for this NZ HR Consultancy firm will see you have plenty of variety in your day. You’ll partner with clients and support them on a range of HR activities such as managing ER issues, drafting and managing HR documentation, providing advice and guidance around small change and restructuring projects. You’ll support recruitment activity from role scoping to offer as well as coaching managers on HR processes.You’ll be building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, listening, developing commercially sound solutions and use your influencing skills to help them reach great decisions.
Skills and experience you’ll bring
You bring an HR Generalist background with experience across the broad range of HR duties including working with managers through ER processes. You’re curious and ask great questions! You love working at pace and can adapt your style to suit a wide range of stakeholders. Your strong communication and relationship building skills will set you up for success, as will your strong customer service focus.
