HR Manager (Part‑Time)2–3 days per week | City‑based | Growing, Dynamic Business
If you’re an experienced HR professional who loves variety, thrives in a fast‑moving environment, and wants to be part of a growing organisation then this is the role where you can truly make your mark.
This organisation is now at the size where they need their own dedicated HR leader rather than leaning on support from a sister company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be the trusted advisor to the leadership team and the go‑to person for all things people and culture. No two days will look the same — you’ll move seamlessly between strategic conversations and hands‑on delivery, always with an eye on building a high‑performance, supportive culture.
What you’ll lead
- Full ownership of the HR portfolio across the entire employee lifecycle
- Coaching and supporting managers to lift capability and navigate people matters confidently
- Leading cyclic HR processes (performance, remuneration, development)
- Driving people initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and performance
- Providing pragmatic, trusted advice to the CEO and leadership team
- Ensuring strong HR foundations, compliance, and fit‑for‑purpose processes
What you’ll bring
- Solid HR generalist experience across the full employment lifecycle
- Confidence working both strategically and operationally
- Solutions focus and hands-on
- Strong relationship skills — supportive, trustworthy, and able to influence with credibility
- Experience coaching leaders and building capability
- Pragmatic style and people orientated approach
Why this role stands out
- Autonomy — build and shape the HR function as the organisation grows
- Impact — work directly with the CEO and leadership team
- Variety — no two days the same, with exposure to all areas of HR
- Flexibility — 2–3 days per week
- Culture — a supportive, high‑performing team that values partnership and practical HR
If you’re looking for a part‑time HR leadership role where you can bring your expertise, influence decisions, and help shape a growing business, this is a great opportunity
