Remuneration & People Analytics Partner

This is a newly created role in a fast paced, well-known organisation with multiple popular brands.

What you’ll be doing
Reporting through to the Chief Human Resources Officer you will take a lead role in providing remuneration insights and recommendations across the business. You will be responsible for analytics and gathering people data and presenting in a pragmatic format. You will be involved in managing the remuneration cyclic processes and providing information in the global mobility space.

What you’ll bring
You’ll have solid experience in the remuneration space either in a consulting firm or in house and be looking for your next step. You’ll be comfortable analysing data and providing recommendations. You’ll be resilient, have high attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. This is an organisation that is fast moving, and things change so you will need to be adaptable and ready to pivot when necessary.
