Remuneration Manager

This is a newly created role in a fast paced, well-known organisation with multiple popular brands.

What you’ll be doing
Reporting through to the Chief Human Resources Officer you will take the lead in providing remuneration insights and recommendations across the business. This role will see you assessing the current practices across the four global locations and building a remuneration banding system that delivers transparency and clarity to staff and managers. You’ll be involved in the roll out of a new STI programme and assess what benefits would be of value. You will lead the remuneration cyclic processes and provide information in the global mobility space.

What you’ll bring
You’ll be an expert in the Remuneration space. Your inhouse company background in specialist remuneration roles,  will have seen you influencing senior leaders about remuneration practices. You will be knowledgeable in remuneration banding and have experience building new systems in remuneration that deliver to the company objectives. You’ll be resilient, have high attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. This is an organisation that is fast moving, and things change so you will need to be adaptable and ready to pivot when necessary.
