Here’s what you’ll be involved in
Reporting to the GM HR you will partner with the operations division. Given the high importance placed on getting the right people into the business, HR is highly involved in the recruitment process and so you will need to love talent acquisition. Combined with this you’ll also get involved in the full range of  generalist duties from ER through to projects.

Skills and experience you’ll bring
You’ll have strong recruitment skills with experience across the full end to end process. You’ll have exceptional stakeholder management, project and influencing skills. Combined with this you’ll have an HR related qualification and have ideally gained some experience in generalist HR or be highly motivated to build this skill set. You’ll be flexible in your approach and be comfortable taking on on whatever challenge comes your way. This is an onsite role with flexibility around start and finish times.
