HR Business Partner

With change behind them, now is the time for rebuild and growth. HR is an essential part of this journey and the HRBP role will be integral is supporting the development of manager capability and projects to build HR processes that support business success.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working alongside Branch Managers and Regional Managers in this fast-paced logistics company. Initially it will be to build management capability and their understanding of the collective agreement. You’ll then create space to roll your sleeves up to do HR projects across a diverse range of areas. You’ll work collaboratively with a small, close knit HR team. This is a roll where you have true ability to make a difference.

What you’ll bring
You’ll have solid HR generalist experience that you have gained working in industrial or blue-collar environments. You will know your way around collective agreements and be skilled at coaching. You’ll have strong ER experience combined with being a big picture thinker and an ability to come up with solutions for longer term success. You’ll bring well-honed project skills and high levels of EQ. You’ll love getting out in the business to understand the heart of issues and work with managers on solutions. No two days will be the same so you’ll need strong priortisation skills.
