What you will be doing
As an integral part of this highly regarded HR team, the focus of your role will include payroll and leave administration, maintaining and updating HR data, creating dashboards and reporting, and providing advice and guidance around payroll and leave related systems and processes.
What you need to have.
Very high attention to detail, be process oriented and a strong numerical mind. You will be customer focused, excellent at prioritising and combine an ability to work methodically whilst also able to work at pace. You’ll be hardworking, have strong analytical skills as well as an improvement focus. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential combined with an ability to understand what the data is saying and be passionate about ensuring information and data are correct. The right attitude, being highly driven with a roll your sleeves up approach is paramount.
