What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the GM HR, you will lead learning across the all the divisions. This will initially be investigating and understanding what’s there and what the different business units require. You’ll be deep diving into TNA and then creating a plan and timeline of delivery. No two days will be the same and you could be moving between strategic thinking to facilitating a programme. There is a leadership programme in place that is ready for an overhaul and so to a graduate and trainee programme. You’ll have the support of a tech savvy Learning Advisor and a supportive leader. This is an opportunity to take all your extensive learning and development experience and bring it together in a role where you can make a difference.
What you’ll bring
You’ll be both creative and pragmatic. You’ll enjoy facilitation as well as creating frameworks and designing programmes. This is a roll your sleeves up roll where you work with the stakeholders to work out the best way to get the results they want. This is a down to earth environment, and you’ll need to be able to work exceptionally well with both the leadership team and the front-line staff. Collaboration is a key value and so being in the office and working together is of great value, so you’ll enjoy that type of working style. You’ll be driven and your deep expertise in the Learning and Development field will see you able to clearly understand what will make the most impact. Ideally you will have worked in variety of organisation with some experience working with operational employees.
