What you’ll be doing
Working in a decentralised model, you will develop and drive the people strategy which supports the priorities of the 13 diverse businesses in the group. You’ll design and deploy scalable people initiatives and frameworks whilst also providing HR advice at a senior level. You’ll work on M&A activities, develop an L&D strategy, support complex ER matters and lead cross brand change. You’ll also champion effective HRIS utilisation to ensure the senior team and Board have strong people data to support business decisions.

What you’ll bring
You are a commercially astute business leader with a strong background in senior generalist Human Resources roles. You’ll have experience working in collaboration with the senior team and can expertly bring the people lens to business activity. Commercially astute, you’re comfortable hashing out ideas and are open to having your views challenged.  Experienced in influencing and supporting a decentralised business model, you’ll understand how to coach and guide HR specialists who aren’t direct reports.  Ideally, you will have worked in a business with multiple entities and a diverse staff base.
